cara nak dapatkan semula duit pos dari lazada (duit pos untuk pemulangan barang)

Ok bersambung :

Ni cara mcm mana nk dapatkan duit anda semula, utk kos postage brg ke lazada.

1. Kena email ke lazada. No contoh email yang sy sent.

2. Lazada akan balas email korg, bg kes sy email ke 2 baru lah lazada reply. Email pertama dorg xbalas xpasti knpa?? Busy kottt ??

3. Ni email respon dari lazada, kos pemulangan dalam masa seminggu. Tu paling lama.

4. Ok yg rm 9.55 sen tu adalah bayaran balik lazada kpd sy. Yeaaa! Dah dpt  balik duit sy... dalam masa 2 hari je dah dapat bg kes sy ni la..

Tq lazada ... # walaupon sedih mini sewing xdpt guna... huaaaaaa

Hari ni sy nk ajar cara menge'check duit dalam akaun kita. Duit masuk dan keluar.

Dari akaun cimb click :

Mule2 login kt account cimb click korg, lepas tu :

1. Klik pada my account
2. View all account

 3. Klik pada account anda , bulatan biru tu.

4. Ni contoh duit keluar dan masuk sy hehehhe

Proses pemulangan @ penggantian barang ke lazada.

Hari ni nak cerita pasal proses nk pulang barang ke lazada. Termasuk laaa mintak tukar @ refund (pulang balik duit).

Thank you for your feedback. If your return meets all the requirements, click on the following link http://www.lazada.com.my/helpcenter/returns-refunds/?boost=1#answer-faq-return-ans return can be initiated via Online Returns Form recommended for a faster processing, or via the Manual return form.

3. At the drop-down list select time frame order was placed.

Reminder :

Include printed Return Form and Lazada Tax Invoice in each return package box.

So maksudnya, korg kena g kt korg nye lazada application- my order- return-fill up online form (dan print)

Di sebabkan sy dah 2x tukar brg, so sy terpaksa isi borang sendiri. Korg kena download kt sini  Manual Return Form (final).pdf  dan isi borang ni.

Masa pertama kali sy pulangkan barang, saya bagi resit asal sbb staff lazada suruh, rupa-rupanya resit postage kita kena simpan sebagai bukti !! pekerja lazada tu salah bagi email rupa2nya !!
Nasai baik saya ada ambil gambar resit tu !!

Harap korang x buat kesilapan mcm saya ar... ngeeee 
Resit tu korang simpan ok? sebab lazada akan Email korg untuk dapatkan gambar resit tu sebagai bukti. Pastikan kat resit tu ada harga berapa kos postage ye?

Haii...

Hari ni nk cerita pasal 2x mini sewing saya rosak !!!! Beli dari lazada ....

Sakit jee hati kita ni nok,  2x beb xdapat guna.

Ok! Kali yang pertama langsung xbole pakai a.k.a i siap kena karen ok ?????

Mule nya i xtahu plug mini sewing ni rosak, i pon cocok je laaa kt extention wayar. Bila i tekan on je, zuppppp! Tangan i kena karen pehhh!! Heng otak jap weii !!!!
