Proses pemulangan @ penggantian barang ke lazada.

Haii!!

Hari ni nak cerita pasal proses nk pulang barang ke lazada. Termasuk laaa mintak tukar @ refund (pulang balik duit).

Thank you for your feedback. If your return meets all the requirements, click on the following link http://www.lazada.com.my/helpcenter/returns-refunds/?boost=1#answer-faq-return-ans return can be initiated via Online Returns Form recommended for a faster processing, or via the Manual return form.
Here's what you need to do:
  1. Login to your account at www.lazada.com.my
  2. Go to "My Orders"
  3. At the drop-down list select time frame order was placed.
  4. Pick the Order that you wish to Return and Click "Return".
  5. Fill in the details at the "On-line" Return Form.
  6. Print out the Return Slip and enclose it with the Return Parcel.
As a precautionary measure, we've attached the Manual Return Form, in case you are unable to download and fill in the Returns form On-line.
Reminder :
  1. Replacement/ Refund process only begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product.

  2. Our finance department will process your refund and this will take approximately 1 - 2 working days. You will receive the credit including return courier charges within 5-15 working days, depending on your bank policies. Should the courier charges exceed RM25 and above, kindly attach courier fee receipt.
  3. Depending on the applied Return policy, you may return your item to us within 7 or 14 calendar days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp stated on the parcel you return to us.
Requirements for a valid return:
Proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, etc.)
Bank details in Return Form if original payment are made via iPay88 or Cash on Delivery.
Include printed Return Form and Lazada Tax Invoice in each return package box.
Return reason has to be valid and returns acceptance conditions met.
The following are not eligible for Return / Replacement :
  • Your item cannot be returned after 7 calendar days for items under Lazada Buyer Protection Guarantee and 14 calendar days for items under 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
  • Passed this period, If the item is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, for prompt assistance please contact the manufacturer directly to organize the return.
  • You can also find all the contact information of your product’s warranty center on the warranty card inside your package.

So maksudnya, korg kena g kt korg nye lazada application- my order- return-fill up online form (dan print)

Di sebabkan sy dah 2x tukar brg, so sy terpaksa isi borang sendiri. Korg kena download kt sini  Manual Return Form (final).pdf  dan isi borang ni.

" WAJIB SIMPAN RESIT POSTAGE OK ? SEBAB LAZADA AKAN PULANGKAN BALIK DUIT KORANG "   







Masa pertama kali sy pulangkan barang, saya bagi resit asal sbb staff lazada suruh, rupa-rupanya resit postage kita kena simpan sebagai bukti !! pekerja lazada tu salah bagi email rupa2nya !!
Nasai baik saya ada ambil gambar resit tu !!

Harap korang x buat kesilapan mcm saya ar... ngeeee 
Resit tu korang simpan ok? sebab lazada akan Email korg untuk dapatkan gambar resit tu sebagai bukti. Pastikan kat resit tu ada harga berapa kos postage ye?


~~~~~ Dalam masa 3 hari je saya dah dapat duit saya balik. Yeaaaaa (^_^) YEaaaaaaa ~~~

  4. Resit penghantaran dr pos laju kita kena simpan??
    Invois pos skali atau kita yg simpan...
    N kita kena sertakan tak bukti pembayaran, means resit kita transfer le lazada...

    1. A'a kena simpan resit pos laju tu sbb lazada akan pulangkan duit yg kita guna utk pos brg tu. Awk kena sertakan form pemulangan (manual return form) barang je. Bila lazada dah terima brg tu dia akan email awk & mintak gambar resit pos laju tu.

    1. Tax invoice tu resit yg awk dpt masa beli brg. Lazada akan sertakan sekali brg + resit invoice.

  8. Kalau sy minta tukar brg,bukan refund..cuma tukar stok yg lain, sbb brg asal dpt tu rosak.. dye hntr balik ke rumah, atau kita kena ambil sndiri di pos laju ?
